Australian Orders

International Orders 

Orders within Australia

All orders within Australia will be sent via Australia Post’s parcel post service.  We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 10 working days of your order being placed, provided stock is available and payment is received by us within this time.

Overseas Orders

All overseas orders will be sent via Australia Post’s airmail service.  We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 10 working days of your order being placed, provided stock is available and payment is received by us within this time.

Payment Options

All prices quoted on our website include Australian GST (for overseas purchasers, this is a Goods and Services Tax, equivalent to 10% of the product price).  You can choose from the following payment methods for your order:

Credit card (we accept Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard only) – your card details can be included in your completed order form which you email to us, or a hard copy of the form with your signature authorizing the payment can be posted to us.  If you prefer, you can give us your credit card details over the phone.  In all cases where we cannot physically verify your signature against the credit card, we will seek a phone authorization of your transaction.

Please note it is a criminal offence to provide fraudulent credit card details (or that have been fraudulently obtained).  If we become aware of any fraud, we will report it to the relevant authority for investigation.  If you are using a credit card that is not in your name, by submitting your order you are confirming that you have the cardholder’s authority and approval to use the card for the transaction.

No financial details are retained by us following conclusion of the transaction and receipt of payment by us.

If you are paying by cheque, we will wait for your payment to clear before processing your order.

We accept direct cash deposits to our bank account via internet banking, or you can walk into a Commonwealth Bank branch and deposit your payment into our account.  If you are paying this way, please let us know the date of your transaction and the reference number, if you were given one.  Our bank account details are on our order form.

When giving us your personal details, please ensure you give us a daytime telephone contact number and email address so that we can contact you quickly if an item becomes unavailable.

If we don’t receive your payment within 14 days from the date of your order, we will contact you to check whether your order has been cancelled.

Our Refund Policy

Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning any items.

We are happy to refund or exchange any item for personal use ordered using the process described in this website, provided it is returned within 7 days of the date of receipt in the same condition as it was despatched.  Of course, if you receive an item from us that has a defect, please contact us immediately to organise return of the faulty item and dispatch of a replacement item.  Please note that only the cost of the ITEM will be refunded, not the postage and packing costs.  Any items that have been visibly damaged after receipt by you (with the exception of “in transit” damage) cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any items damaged in transit to you via Australia Post will be replaced, though the damaged item must be returned to us within 7 days of the date of receipt and the applicable Australia Post damaged item form must be completed by you.  All items returned are at your expense. 

Our Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, you will be asked to provide personal details including name, mailing address, phone number and email address for order confirmation only.  When ordering, we may also require your credit card information, which will only be used to charge your card for goods purchased in the order.

If you agree, we will also collect your email address to keep you up to date with news, promotions and updates of our new ranges.  We will not share this information with any third party.  The only people who will have use of your personal information is us.

We also ensure that we do not send you unsolicited information, unless you have asked us to send you updates and news as above.  If not, you will only receive emails or phone calls from us in the ordinary course of processing your orders and payments.
